So, this place is intense. Been working my ass off. So far, I haven't had to pull an all-nighter, thank goodness. It's funny how easy it is to adapt when you have no other option. I had some rough patches, and I still have hard days (like today, when it's freezing, and I have a paper to write, and they haven't turned the heat on...), but for the most part I'm in good spirits and enjoying my work. I was afraid that if I was doing almost nothing but art that I'd start hating it, but I love it. I've started drawing again, and I am so much better than I was before. I have gone through my gallery and deleted all of my old drawings from four years ago. They made me cringe. I don't know if I'm going to upload my drawings on here, maybe in scraps? I've also been doing a lot of photography work, as you have probably noticed from all of the work I've been uploading. I've started shooting in RAW, and I can't believe I used to shoot in JPG. I love it. I miss seeing all of my friends from home, and I'm hoping that I'll start making more friends here. I've met some people, but I've only made a few friends, and I'm so used to having a huge group that it's majorly throwing me off. The people I have become friends with are made of awesome, though.
